# Stage 2: Announcement of Campaign

Fluffy Fudders are committed to be transparent and accountable. \
We do not initiate FUD campaigns at random; every campaign is publicly announced.

Before any fudding starts, we ensure that all relevant parties— including the targeted project's team, our fellow Fluffies, and the public—are informed by posting an **official announcement** detailing the FUD campaign on our **announcement channels**.\
\
This allows our community to have ample time to position themselves better by:

* **Researching** and **understanding** the existing FUD.
* **Front-selling** their bags to prevent further losses.
* **Getting** into short positions to potentially profit from the decline.
* **Accumulating** other similar projects with the same narrative/biz model for liquidity shift.
* **Lowering** limit buys if they are planning to accumulate at a lower price.
* **Canceling** any form of partnerships to avoid backlash.
* **Warning** their own community before the FUD campaign begins.
* **Preparing** to do what Fluffies do best: FUD.

Projects targeted by campaign creators will also be notified before the fudding commences. \
\
If team is willing to **bail their project out**, they will be given the opportunity to contribute to a **FUD Termination Fee** equivalent to the campaign cost, which we will then reimburse 25% to the campaign creator together with a full refund. \
\
In such cases, the FUD campaign will cease entirely and the project will receive **permanent immunity** against any future Fluffy Fudders' campaign.
